Moscow has become the most expensive city in the world, followed by Luanda and Tokyo. The Japanese capital had long been number 1 in the ranking, but the strong devaluation of the yen (-25% against the euro) has made it go down 2 places. Luanda, Angola's capital, remains second.
Tokyo, now third, is followed by two other Asian cities: Singapore (4th) and Hong Kong (5th).
